Images of Eyes Gallery I Oil Paintings by Xue Yanqun China Xue Yanqun was born in Dalian, China, in 1953.   He was graduated from Luxun Academy of Fine Arts,  Shenyang,  in 1981 and remained there to teach.  In 1989 he received a Master of Fine Arts.  He is now an associate professor in the Academy, and a member of the Chinese Fine Art Association and Chinese Oil-Painting Association.
